Custom-made 3-day itinerary to London

Day 1 - Arrive in London

The group will be picked up at the university campus by coach for their journey to London.

After arriving in London, the coach will drop the group off at their accommodation, the centrally-located YHA London St Pancras Hostel where they will stay for 2 nights.

In the afternoon and evening, free time would be scheduled for students to explore the nearby area and take in the sights.

Day 2 - Community Energy England & Sustainable London Tour

Continental breakfast served at the hostel.

In the morning, the group will make their own way to their pre-arranged talk by Community Energy England. Community Energy England (CEE) is a leading not for profit organisation that represents and supports those committed to the community energy sector. CEE was established by the sector to provide a voice for community energy and to help create the conditions within which it can flourish.

In the afternoon, the group will be met by their tour guide for their Sustainable London Tour. On this two-hour walking tour, students will get to examine London as a sustainable city as well as discovering green initiatives from the private sector.

In the evening, the group will have free time to explore the local area.

Day 3 - Migration Museum & return to university

Continental breakfast served at the hostel.

After checking out of their accommodation, the group will be picked up by coach.

For their first stop, they will be taken to their pre-booked visit to the Migration Museum.  The Migration Museum explores how the movement of people to and from Britain across the ages has made us who we are today, both as individuals and as a nation.

After exploring the museum, the group will board the coach for their return journey back to the university campus.
