During term-time many schools welcome visiting groups from the UK.

Children’s Home

The visit is approximately 2 hours long with a presentation by the manager, a talk about the childcare system in Hungary including the problem of juvenile refugees without parents among other topics. This will be followed by a tour of the facilities.

Petö Institute

The visit consists of a film presentation, explanation of the Petö method (helping children with innate locomotion problems) and witnessing therapies being practiced.

Philanthropist Foundation

The Alcohol-Drug Rehabilitation Institute of the Philanthropist Foundation is a place of care where alcohol and drug-addicted persons as well as gamblers get a therapy within a complex, long-term and residential system. This institute is the largest of all places of care in the country where addicted patients undergo a health and social rehabilitation including also work therapy, extra-curricular training, "protected” employment, follow-up and evaluation, as well. Rehabilitation takes place within the therapeutic community model.

Vadaskert Foundation for Children’s Mental Health

Established in 1989, the Foundation for Children's Mental Health defined its goal in the Deed of Foundation as the establishment of a state-of-art model, which manages the medical, educational and social problems of psychologically ill children within one institution.

Matthias Church

Located in the heart of Buda’s castle district, this 11th century church allows groups to perform at mass or give a short recital.

St Stephen’s Cathedral

Groups can perform at this fabulous neoclassical basilica.

St Anna’s Church

This centrally-located small Baroque church is a popular concert venue for our groups.

Danube Palace

Groups can perform at this traditional concert hall which has good technical equipment. Danube Palace (Duna Palota) is ideal for choirs or orchestras.

Szentendre Market Square

This small town on the Danube bend hosts open-air concerts suitable for both choirs and orchestras.
