What is Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), and why should anyone care? In this keynote, Jess breaks it all down—no jargon, no lectures, just real talk. Whether your students are fired up about making the world a fairer place, or just want to be the kind of leader people actually want to work with, this session is their launchpad. Expect big ideas, lightbulb moments, and practical tips to help your students start showing up for equity in whatever path they choose.

Combined, these two ideas mean that students today are in a unique position to make a much greater impact in business, far sooner than was previously possible.
