At StudyLink we like to make booking your group as easy as possible and our consultants will work with you at every step of the process from your initial enquiry to your final departure. Here’s a simple guide to getting your group quote and making your StudyLink booking.
If you have already decided upon your destination, please contact us and we will provide you with a quotation. If you haven’t yet decided, you will find a range of destination details on this site. Feel free to contact our Consultants who can discuss your requirements, make suggestions and provide you with initial indications of prices.

Working closely with you, our Consultants will tailor a quotation to suit the exact requirements of your group. We will then send you full details of your proposed travel arrangements.
Once you are happy with the proposal we have made, you may wish to make a provisional reservation. At this point we will confirm your tour details in writing and send you a booking form. You are under no obligation to us at this point. We hold this reservation for you, giving you time to collect deposits from your students (if required).
Once you are ready to confirm, you can do so by sending us your completed booking form, and deposit of £30/40 per paying person for coach based tours and £60/£90 (usually) per paying person for flight based tours. Once we have received your deposit payments, we will then send you your booking confirmation and invoice and remaining payment schedule.
One of our experienced Tour Consultants will now commence the detailed preparation of your tour arrangements, liaising with you at all appropriate times leading up to your departure.
All that now remains is for you to look forward to your tour departure!
